NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ISSUED “WEATHER BRIEFING UPDATE” – 03/30/2025
- Multiple rounds of strong to severe thunderstorms are expected from Sunday night through Monday.
- The main hazard with the storms will be damaging wind gusts capable of knocking down trees and powerlines.
- Locally heavy rainfall will be possible and rainfall amounts could exceed 1 inch in the southeast. This will largely be beneficial rainfall, with no significant flooding expected.
